Operations software for businesses that outgrew spreadsheets.

HR and workforce systems. Trade and warehouse operations. Customer messaging. Built for companies too specific for off-the-shelf tools, and too sensible for a six-figure ERP.

I'm Karthick, a developer in Coimbatore. I design the schema, write the code and sit on the calls. There is no account manager between you and the person building your system.

What I build

Systems that run a business day to day — the unglamorous software that replaces a shared folder of spreadsheets and three people remembering things.

HR & workforce systems

Attendance, leave, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, approvals and multi-country rules.

Trade & warehouse operations

Shipments, storage, quotations, multi-currency costing and the reporting around them.

Customer messaging

WhatsApp Business API — shared inbox, campaigns, automation and loyalty, on your own number.

Dashboards & reporting

Weekly business reviews, operational dashboards and the PDF or Excel exports people actually ask for.

Spreadsheet migration

The workbook everyone depends on and nobody wants to touch, turned into something with users and history.

Internal tools

Approval flows, vendor and quotation systems, admin panels — the gaps your main software leaves.

Selected work

Systems in daily production use. Client names withheld; happy to talk through any of these on a call.

HR & Workforce

Multi-country workforce management platform

A full HR and workforce system for a staffing group operating across India, Indonesia and Vietnam — attendance and clock-in, leave, payroll inputs, approvals, and statutory rules that differ by country.

Built on a deliberately normalised schema: 213 domain tables at 1.96 foreign-key constraints per table, so country-specific rules could be added without widening a 178-column employee record.

Trade & Logistics

Trade and warehouse operations system

Operations platform covering shipments, warehouse storage, project sales, payment requests and settlement approvals — with multi-currency costing and weight-based reporting by warehouse.

Includes a lead and follow-up module integrated with WhatsApp messaging, and Excel and PDF exports built to match the formats finance already used, rather than asking them to change.

  • Finance Multi-currency costing and settlement flows
  • Reporting Weekly business review dashboards, Excel and PDF exports

Product

WA Blast Pro — WhatsApp for local business

A WhatsApp Business Cloud API platform: shared team inbox, campaigns from approved templates, contact management, automation, and a loyalty wallet with tiers and point expiry built into the same tool.

Runs single-tenant or as multi-tenant SaaS with per-customer databases, plan limits, Razorpay billing and GST invoicing. Customers connect their own Meta account and pay Meta directly, so there is no markup on messaging.

  • Scope Inbox, campaigns, CRM, automation, loyalty
  • Billing Razorpay, GST invoicing, plan limits
  • Status In production with a live customer
  • Role Product, architecture and development

How I work

Small, visible increments. You should never be more than a week from seeing something running.

Understand the actual work

I ask to see the spreadsheet, the email thread, the form people fill in. Real artefacts, not a requirements document.

Fixed scope, fixed price

Written scope and a price before anything starts. Changes are quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly.

Weekly working demos

Something running every week, on a real URL. Course corrections happen in week two, not month four.

You own everything

Source code, database and documentation are yours. No lock-in, no licence that expires if you stop paying me.

Whether this is a fit

Being clear about this early saves us both a month.

A good fit if

  • ✓ Your process is specific enough that off-the-shelf software doesn't match it
  • ✓ A spreadsheet is doing a job it should have stopped doing years ago
  • ✓ You want to talk to the person building it, not a project manager
  • ✓ You can give a few hours a month to reviewing what's built

Not a fit if

  • × You need a team of twenty and a six-month discovery phase
  • × You want SEO, paid ads or social media marketing
  • × The requirement is a brochure website or an online store
  • × You need 24/7 support from day one

Tell me what's broken

Describe the process that's costing you time. If I'm the wrong person for it, I'll say so and point you somewhere better. No pitch deck, no discovery call to book a discovery call.
